Program Components and Activities 

1. Talent Development Program via Sports and Creative Arts:
Aims at identifying, and tapping unexploited talents of young people and imparting vital skills in creative performance, soccer, and video production. 
Activity: Talent identification, development, training for entrepreneurship, and linkages.

2. Livelihoods and Economic Empowerment Program:
Aims to impart vocational skills to youth, women, and vulnerable groups to compete favorably in the competitive global space.  
Activity: 
Vocational and entrepreneurship training spaces, income-generating activities, and livelihood opportunities.

3. Health and General Awareness Program:
The program focuses on reproductive health interventions together with advocacy in cross-cutting issues such as sexual reproductive health rights, menstrual hygiene education, WASH, mental health literacy, and Health systems strengthening (Hospital construction and staff capacity building). We promote community-based preventive responses as opposed to curative measures.
Methods: Training, counseling, and life coaching
Health Activities:
         i.           -Sexual reproductive health education among women and adolescents
       ii.           -Safe motherhood, anti-natal and postnatal care with safe delivery awareness,
     iii.           -Family planning counseling and health education at school and community,
     iv.           -Awareness raising through advocacy and mobilization
       v.           -Health outreach clinics through sports and theatre,
     vi.           -WASH programs and activities

4. Environmental Management and Community Service:
A program aimed at mentoring the youth to effectively participate in promotion of eco-friendly innovations in the energy sector, smart agriculture technologies, climate change innovations advocacy and education. We organize environmental clean ups, and civic education on eco-system governance.

       v.            Environmental resource building, utilization and management training, innovations and advocacy
